Search Bots are automated job search agents that scan multiple job platforms on your behalf.
You set your preferences (keywords, location, job type), and the bot continuously searches
across dozens of job boards to find matching vacancies. This saves you hours of manual searching.
When Search Bots find jobs, they're added to your Vacancies list. Each vacancy can be moved
through application Stages: New, Applied, Interview, Offer, and Rejected. This helps you
track your entire job search pipeline in one place, from discovery to final decision.
CV Analysis uses AI to review your resume and provide detailed feedback. It identifies
strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. You get actionable suggestions to
optimize your CV for specific roles or industries, improving your chances of getting interviews.
Our AI generates personalized cover letters based on your CV and the specific job you're
applying for. It highlights relevant experience, matches keywords from the job description,
and creates a compelling narrative that positions you as the ideal candidate.
AI Matching analyzes each vacancy against your CV and preferences to calculate a compatibility
score. It considers skills, experience, location preferences, and job requirements to help
you prioritize applications for positions where you're most likely to succeed.
Pricing & Credits
You purchase a package of credits upfront. Each action in CareerSide (like running a job search,
analyzing a CV, or generating application materials) costs a certain number of credits. Your credits
never expire, so you can use them at your own pace.
No! Your credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them, whether that's tomorrow or next year.
Yes! You can request a refund for any unused credits within 30 days of purchase. We'll refund you
for the proportional amount of unused credits.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards through our
secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Account & Privacy
We take data protection seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored
in secure EU data centers, and processed in compliance with GDPR. We never sell your data
to third parties. You can delete your account and data at any time.
Yes, you can delete your account at any time from Settings. This will permanently remove
all your data including CVs, saved vacancies, and search history. Please note that
unused credits cannot be refunded after account deletion.
Go to Settings in your dashboard. You can update your email address, change your password,
and manage notification preferences from there. Email changes require verification.
